I don't know that "quirk" is well defined.  I intended it to be something that was useful for a programmer to know about, but that didn't really fit anywhere else.

I don't know that "quirk" is well defined. I intended it to be something that was useful for a programmer to know about, but that didn't really fit anywhere else.
