I removed the disclaimer from this page.  It said that WikiTI had no responsiblity if the routines crashes you calculator etc.  However, to disclaim this page in particular would imply that the accuracy of content on other pages is the responsibility of "WikiTI".  This is not the case, and the standard disclaimer at the bottom of every page covers this.  If you would like to re-add some sort of disclaimer to this page (although I would prefer just expanding the current "warning"), you can do that, but name yourself, not WikiTI, as being disclaimed from responsibility.  --[[User:Dan Englender|Dan Englender]] 09:34, 14 April 2006 (PDT)

Are the <nowiki>"<!-- →≠≤≥ -->"</nowiki> in the article source there for some reason? --[[User:Dan Englender|Dan Englender]] 20:24, 15 April 2006 (PDT)

Revision as of 20:24, 15 April 2006

I (Andy) am pasting this from the main content of the page after having moved it from Category:83Plus:Basic:Tricks:

Note:can someone please help... I must not really know what I'm doing because I accidentally created this as a category instead of as a page in a category... I don't know if you want to keep this format, all in one page, or if you would prefer Tricks being the category, and the pages be separated according to topics i.e. Memory Saving, Speed Boosters, Graphical Touches, Cool Hacks, etc. Saibot84 02:43, 18 March 2006 (PST)

I think leaving it like this is fine, but if someone with more time and initiative wishes to break it apart into more pages, then go for it. I also added another condition to the first two items (the STO> arrow closes parens and quotes too!). Andy Janata 09:29, 18 March 2006 (PST)

Also moved from Category Talk:83Plus:Basic:Tricks a bit later:

i'm sorry, I was editing the page when you moved it so the best i could do was move all my changes into the "new" one, but lost all your changes... sorry... btw, how do you delete a page? Saibot84 10:12, 18 March 2006 (PST)
Only administrators can delete pages. Andy Janata 17:31, 18 March 2006 (PST)
Ah, makes sense. I kinda suspected that was the case, but I wasn't sure. Again, sorry about the confusion, I'm still new to wikis. Saibot84 19:54, 18 March 2006 (PST)

ExecAsm

Due to popular demand by thieme1989 on the DS forum, I've decided that having a list of commonly used, useful asm routines for BASIC programmers might be of some limited benefit. I will add a few routines here either when I get back home, or some time in the near future. BTW, I considered having this as a separate page, maybe under either 83Plus:Basic, or under Z80_Routines, but this seemed like the most appropriate place, because these will most likely be completely useless to "real" asm programmers, would otherwise clutter up the Z80_Routines section of the WikiTI, and would ONLY be of any use to TI-BASIC programmers who are reluctant to learn asm. -- Saibot84 19:53, 30 March 2006 (EST?)

Moved comment to talk page and removed as HTML comment from main page. -- Andy Janata 18:59, 30 March 2006 (PST)

Disclaimer

I removed the disclaimer from this page. It said that WikiTI had no responsiblity if the routines crashes you calculator etc. However, to disclaim this page in particular would imply that the accuracy of content on other pages is the responsibility of "WikiTI". This is not the case, and the standard disclaimer at the bottom of every page covers this. If you would like to re-add some sort of disclaimer to this page (although I would prefer just expanding the current "warning"), you can do that, but name yourself, not WikiTI, as being disclaimed from responsibility. --Dan Englender 09:34, 14 April 2006 (PDT)

Sorry about that. You're right. I hadn't thought of it that way. Saibot84 23:00, 14 April 2006 (PDT)
