	::OK, I made a new template for this purpose. Use '''''<nowiki>{{Unknown-flag}}</nowiki>''''' to access it, which expands to: "{{Unknown-flag}}". The template for flags has been updated to reflect this, and I went through and changed all the flags page to use it.
