Synopsis
Unofficial Name: MarkTempDirty
BCALL Address: 4297
This BCALL checks if the name in OP1 has 24h in (OP1+1), and if so, calls FindSym on it and marks its VAT entry as "dirty" (setting bit 7 of the first byte of its VAT entry).
