You see, the SE was originally going to be 6/15/20/25 MHz. That is why port 20h will also accept 2 and 3 as values.

You see, the SE was originally going to be 6/15/20/25 MHz. That is why port 20h will also accept 2 and 3 as values. TI dropped the faster speeds but the hardware is still somewhat in there.
