Loads one of the TIOS builtin apps.

Comments

This routine (similar to NewContext0) puts away the current app, loads the context vectors for a particular builtin app, and calls the appropriate initialization code.

Unlike NewContext0, this routine saves and restores the current page in port 6 regardless of the app selected. It also sets (kbdKey) to zero.
