Draws a horizontal line.

Outputs:

A horizontal line with a y-coordinate of y is drawn across the graph screen.

Comments

• Coordinate is defined by window settings, not by pixels
• Will throw no ERR:DOMAINs
• Functions, plots, and axes are not redrawn.
