11: Bit 0 of port 14 will go low when voltage drops below ~4.2V and high again when over ~4.6V.
This test is used when you turn the calculator on to display a low battery warning when necessary.

I thought the 83 didn't have a low battery warning? I thought it just kept going until it died... Then again, I've only used an 83 for some 5 hours my whole life... But I'm fairly certain it (at least some ROM versions) doesn't have that message... Well, you guys know more about it than me, but it might be worth checking into... Though it really doesn't matter. :P
