This area stores the current bit pattern of the run indicator. Changing this changes the run indicator style. The interrupt handler bitrotates this every so often to create the rotating effect. Standard patterns include F0h (or E1h, C3h, 87h, 0Fh, 1Eh, 3Ch, or 78h) for the normal run indicator, or AAh (or 55h) for the "paused" indicator.
