Reset the calculator's RAM.

Comments
This routine only clears the first two pages of RAM.
Normally, after clearing the RAM, this routine will reconstruct the VAT entries for archived variables. If the user is holding the Clear key, the archive VAT entries will not be reconstructed (the calculator will appear completely empty, although, of course, the archived variables are still there.)
