Clears the windows, as defined by winTop and winBtm, on the screen. Also clears equivilant parts of textShadow if appTextSave flag is set.

Inputs

• appTextSave,(iy+appFlags): set to clear area in textShadow as well.
• winTop: Top of window area.
• winBtm: Bottom of window area.
