Synopsis
Unofficial Name: SendOSHeader
BCALL Address: 4F33
Sends a header packet, receives acknowledgement and continue, sends acknowledgement and then the 256 bytes at 7A:4000h (the OS header), then receives acknowledgement.

This BCALL will throw ERR:LINK if any problems are found.
A similar BCALL is 4F42, which sends 02h, 0Dh, and the 254 bytes at 7A:4100h instead.
