Set bit 0 of certificate byte 1FE0h, which indicates that the OS has not been successfully validated.

Flash must be write enabled first.

This routine copies all of the certificate data from one sector to the other while setting the appropriate bit, and finally erases the original certificate sector.

The reason for making this a B_CALL is not clear to me.
