Hypothesized Official Name: flags

Memory Address: D00080 Nota bene: This actually starts at D00000, but is equated to D00080 because there are now IY-someval flags.

Length: 256 bytes (actually starts at offset -128)

This is the flags bank. There are now negative flags, so it actually starts at D00000.
