I'm not sure if this is correct. From what I can tell it adds a delay not removes them. The equation I figure was Contents $29 divided by 4 equal tstates added. That seems to coincide with you equation some.

The contents of this port seem to be $14 on the 83+SE and $17 on the 84+se, I did a poll on the maxcoderz board, Gambit helped Alot.

Last bits 0-1 affect the cpu speed port $2e some how. When there set and port $2e is set slower, it slows the CPU, if port $29 bits are reset and $2e are set, then the speed is unaffected.

The only reason I don't want to just edit is because I would prefer to confrim this. This is first time I used a Wiki, I hope I did it right.
